What we collect
When you send the consultation form we store what you typed: your name, your email address and/or phone number, the country you selected, the treatment you are interested in, your message, and any photos you attach. Nothing more.
We also store the language version of the site you were using and, technically, the IP address the request came from. The IP is used only to stop spam and abuse; it is not used to profile you.
If you arrived from a search engine, a social network or an AI assistant, we record which one — not who you are. That record contains no name, no cookie and no identifier.
Why we collect it
To answer you. A treatment plan and a price cannot be prepared without knowing what you want and how to reach you.
To understand which channels bring patients, so we do not waste money advertising where nobody is listening.
To keep the form usable — spam protection needs to know that a hundred submissions came from the same place.
Who sees it
The POLSMILE clinical and patient coordination team. Nobody else.
We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with other clinics or agencies.
Two technical providers process data on our behalf: our email provider (to deliver the notification of your enquiry) and Google (analytics and advertising measurement, described in the cookie policy).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as they are clinically or commercially relevant, and reviewed periodically. Ask us to delete yours and we delete it.
The anonymous traffic log is capped and rolls over: old entries are overwritten automatically.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or object to us using it. Write to the email address in the footer.
This applies whether you are in Turkey (KVKK) or in the EU (GDPR).
Medical information
Photos and descriptions of your teeth are health data and are treated as such: they stay inside the clinic, are seen only by people preparing your plan, and are never used in marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
